An insurer's assessment is about whether the car is worth repairing, not about whether it is worth anything. A late-model car with a folded front still carries a good engine, a straight rear half and a boot full of usable parts. That is what we are paying for.

Written-off vehicles in South Australia are recorded on the national register, and the transfer has to reflect that. We complete the transfer with you at pickup and tell you exactly what to lodge with Service SA so the car stops being yours.

Panel shop, smash repairer, holding yard or a friend's driveway — we only need the address, a contact name and their consent to release the vehicle. You do not have to be there when the truck arrives.

Falcon had been sitting beside the shed since 2016 with two flat tyres. Rang about ten in the morning, had a price in about four minutes, truck was there by three. Winched it straight off the grass, handed me the cash, no mucking about with the price when he got here.
